Larry -
Don't double-click the file. Shut down Final Cut, and install the plugin into: /Library/Application Support/Final Cut Pro System Support/Plugins. Restart FCP and it should show up as a filter under the group JR Effects or something like that (I can't remember...)

Hey Jesse,
I just stumbled back to you sitre after having forgotten about it. Happy to see that you are offering assistance for us "Vari-heads".
One thing- I downloaded both the Gamma corrector and transitions and it seems that I get a "file error: wrong type". Can you help with ths? I am using FCP HD. Is there an issue or just my inability to understand a basic FCP protocal?
Best,
LC

It's noticeably quiter -- particularly in the blue channel. H at 6dB gain looks a lot like F at 0dB.
